“From that time יהושע began to show to His taught ones that it was necessary for Him to go to Yerushalayim, and to suffer much from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and to be raised againthe third day.” ~Matthew 16:21
There are many Scriptures that mention… Messiah being raised up the 3rd Day! This 3rd Day prophecy should not be confused with the 3 Days and 3 Nights prophecy, which is a distinct prophecy… However, both the 3rd Day prophecy and the 3 Days and 3 Nights prophecyconcluded on the same day: Sabbath!!! If you keep the Feast the 3rd Day becomes obvious! Shalom Shalom Yisrael, Today is Day 17 of Month 1 (in 2016 C.E.) Day 17 / Month 1 is always the 3rd Day of Feast of Unleavened Bread. Day 17 / Month 1 is the Historic Date of the Resurrection of יהושע Messiah! “Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, and said to them, “Thus it has been written, and so it was necessary for the Messiah to suffer and to rise again from the dead the third day, and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in His Name to all nations, beginning at Yerushalayim.” ~Luke 24:45-47 יהושע Messiah rose from the dead on the third day of Feast of Unleavened Bread in 34 C.E. HOWEVER, the 3 Days and 3 Nights prophecy is not exactly the same as the 3rd Day prophecy…although they conclude on the same day. “For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” ~Matthew 12:40 The Historic Resurrection in 34 C.E. picture from www.torahcalendar.com
The 3 Days and 3 Nights: Messiah was crucified on Day 14 / Month 1 (Passover Day) which corresponds to a Wednesday on the Gregorian Calendar. Wednesday Day = Day 1 Wednesday Night = Night 1 Thursday Day = Day 2 Thursday Night = Night 2 Friday Day = Day 3 Friday Night = Night 3 *Note: Sabbath starts (Friday) at sunset. It was after the conclusion of the 3 Days and 3 Nights that יהושע Messiah rose from the dead on Sabbath Morning in 34 C.E! |
